Enrollment Procedure

 

If you decide to apply to OUC, you have three ways to do it:

1.You can apply directly online: admission.ouc.edu.cn

 

2. You can turn in applications in person to the Admission Office of School of International Education:

3. You can download the application form, and after completing it, email the scanned copy of application materials to the Admission Office of School of International Education:

Notes:

 

After receiving completed application materials and verifying that the applicant meets the requirements for study, the Admission Office of School of International Education will begin enrollment procedures. Approximately one month later, the office will mail the Admission Notice and Student Visa Application Form (JW202 Form) to the address given by the applicant in their application.

 

Accepted students need to apply for an X(X1 or X2) visa at Chinese embassy or consulate of the country they are currently in.

 

Accepted students must register at the time and place specified on the Admission Notice.
